Our Story
CXSP was born out of a genuine need.
​
In the Philippines, CX professionals had no dedicated space to learn, grow, or connect with others who truly understood the work. Most resources were vendor-led or focused on selling tools. Practitioners needed to look outside of the country to build the skills, mindset, and support system needed.​ So, we created the Customer Experience Society of the Philippines to change that.
This is a space built by practitioners, for practitioners. A space where we focus on practical learning, shared challenges, and elevating CX as a critical, strategic discipline. Because when CX is done right, it doesn’t just improve service. It strengthens organizations.
When companies understand and appreciate the value of making CX a core focus, they thrive, and stronger businesses contribute to a stronger economy.

But beyond the business impact, this is about doing right by the Filipino consumer.
Because the Filipino consumer deserves better.
