Our Story
CXSP was born out of a genuine need.
In the Philippines, CX professionals had no dedicated space to learn, grow, or connect with others who truly understood the work. Most resources were vendor-led or focused on selling tools. Practitioners needed to look outside of the country to build the skills, mindset, and support system needed. So, we created the Customer Experience Society of the Philippines to change that.
This is a space built by practitioners, for practitioners. A space where we focus on practical learning, shared challenges, and elevating CX as a critical, strategic discipline. Because when CX is done right, it doesn’t just improve service. It strengthens organizations.
When companies understand and appreciate the value of making CX a core focus, they thrive, and stronger businesses contribute to a stronger economy.
But beyond the business impact, this is about doing right by the Filipino consumer.
Because the Filipino consumer deserves better.
